Zihao Zhang

I am interested in computational prediction of antibody structures designed to bind with high specificity to novel antigens. I use machine learning methods including generative models for de novo prediction of antibody sequences, and I am trying to use explainable artificial intelligence methods to understand biophysical and structural features important for such prediction models. I collaborate with computational collaborators at KGI and UC Riverside on computational methods, and with our experimental teams to validate the predictions.
