I am interested in exploring how viruses evade host immunity. I engage yeast surface-display, phage-display, single-cell sequencing, and combinatorial variant libraries of antigens and antibodies to discover the evolutionary landscape of viruses under selection. I collaborate with KGI and UCR team members to experimentally validate computationally predicted antigen-antibody interaction models.
