I am interested in understanding the molecular basis of immunoglobulin gene evolution, vaccine development, and protein biochemistry. Towards these goals, I am undertaking massively parallel antigen-antibody interaction assays using single cell genomics and biophysical techniques. I am also interested in computational prediction of antibody sequences using machine learning. I use AlphaFold, RosettaFold, deep language models for protein folding, and protein docking algorithms and molecular dynamics to simulate antigen-antibody interactions.
